PK is correct…this MV/song is part II of the Melody Project. Krystal (f(x)) & Tei also starred in part I (Andante), which was for the song “SweetDream”, sung by Alex (Clazziquai). Here are the single releases:
[2010-3-18] Melody Project part I SweetDream (Andante)
[2010-5-28] Melody Project part II Moderato
[2010] Melody Project part III Allegro
I haven’t read anything about part III, so I’m not sure whom is going to be singing that song or its title. I’ll likely have to wait until I see it’s been released later this year (since I don’t stay curent with upcoming releases). I’ll assume that Krystal & Tei will continue to star in part III of this Music Drama series, however.
I have the MVs labelled as such:

[If there's a Long ver. for this MV, I haven't stumbled across it, but if anyone has it, or a higher quality copy of the part I MV, I'd love to have it]
